About:

My current body of pottery work is functional kitchenware using a cone 6 dark red stoneware body and a
Nuka-style ash glaze that I make using wood ash that is a result of heating our home with wood in the
winters. I have my BFA and MFA with focuses in ceramics and "art and ecology," and spent 5 years after
completing my grad degree teaching ceramics at UNM. I am seeking new opportunities to get my pottery
out in the community.
